Modern Foreign Languages at Springfield

KS1 & KS2 pupils are invited to join us at Language club each week! We learn French, German, Spanish and Italian by playing games, singing songs, tasting food and learning how to write in the target language. Language skills are becoming increasingly important in the world of work and we hope to give our children a head start for their language learning in secondary school and beyond! Research shows that children who start learning a second language between the ages of 7 and 10 have a higher chance of becoming fluent than those who start later in life!
